I just had my new home’s locks rekeyed by Shields. Unbelievably great service. I called and was told they’d have a technician get right back to me and a few minutes later Jayson called and headed right over. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a locksmith. The cost was a fraction of what I’ve paid in the past and Jayson could not have been nicer or more proficient. I run a business in which we needed to re-key all our outside locks immediately due to a problem we were having. I gave Shield a call. They had a technician call me back in about 5-10 min. He understood what we needed, but wanted a little more info and asked for some pictures of the locks. I sent those to him. He arrived at our building about an hour and a half later and started to re-key the 4 outside doors. It was complicated with inside crash-bars , but he stuck with it. He didn't quit until he finished the job at 7 PM. Many thanks to Matt who did great, got the job done, and was pleasant throughout the process, even though it was way past "quitting time". A job well done!

Highly recommend - they do everything and work hard to solve problems; turned out our starter/code got replaced by a previous owner so it took a couple tries but they kept at it to figure out why the door security code did not match. Professional, tenacious, do it all on the spot - what else could you want? Would definitely use again

My technician was TIM and on our initial phone call, he was very kind, professional and assuring in my time of need. Being in a super desperate situation, stranded and not knowing what to do-You want someone who is not only KNOWLEDGE but also diligent, kind and Super FAST!! Someone had stolen my keys while at the DMV which in turn had me Locked out of my car, my house, EVERYTHING!! Professionalism and customer service was definitely up to par and I will be recommending them to everyone! Ask for Tim-he will definitely get you taken care of!!! THE BEST!!! Hope I don't need these types of services again, but if I do-it feels good to know I have Trusted back up.

A guy named Matt showed up to my location because I had lost my original master key to my car and he was able to cut and program the key I had bought online just days earlier, They take their time but the service is worth it and their prices are much cheaper then that of other locksmiths I have found, I strongly recommend them if you are in need of lock services for your home or vehicles!

Car locked and keys in my house NO WHERE to be found. Before I called Shield I called another locksmith here in Chattanooga and they wasn’t able to give me a time someone would be able to come. Office called me back and asked if I could get a ride to their office and call the Kia dealer to get the key code and if I did all this it would be cheaper and save me time. I seemed to be an inconvenience to them. Problem with this is if I had a ride I wouldn’t need someone to open my car. All this to say I called Shield and Matt called me back within 5 minutes and came with in 10 minutes and I was in my car in 20 minutes from start to finish. Thanks Matt you’re a 5 star company!!!!

Not always someone at the store since they go out on calls as needed. I guess they don't have a bunch of walk up business so if they get a call they go on that call. Absolutely worst lock and key business I have ever used in my life. Waited 6hrs not a big deal really.... Ecept the excuses.... Then gets here breaks my lock with a screwdriver wants $90 .... Didn't fix didn't change the lock nothing but opened and broke the lock with a flathead. Highly recommend not to use them.

Was quoted a super competitive price which was tailored to my specific situation and honored quote even though it was a week after l made the initial service call that I finally decided to go ahead with getting the new key made.Technician was very personable and took care of an issue that had been stressing me for weeks with ease.
