Keith and Gavin are very helpful as was Keith's father in days past. I want to especially thank Gavin for help with "create" a missing 1910 Singer sewing machine key recently. In a word, Keith and the Team at Oak Ridge locksmith are PROFESSIONALS! Local folks who are kind, courteous and great at what they do. Keith, the owner, spent time explaining to me how the re-key process works and what problems he found in each lock. Better still, he fixed all the problems too! We had our grout cleaned while he was there and he used a barrier to work on the door to the deck - Bonus points with the wife!! All the keys were checked in EVERY SINGLE LOCK before he left. and they stand behind their work. We are in west Knoxville and they were there in no time, so don't think they just serve oak ridge....Thanks Keith!!!

I was visiting Oak Ridge from out of town, and locked my keys in my jeep. I called the local police department first, and was told if there was not a child or pet in my vehicle, they could not help me. I googled and found the number for Oak Ridge Locksmith. Called them and explained my situation. He was there in no time at all. Had my door unlocked and got my keys out of the ignition. He even told me to check with my automobile insurance company to see I had coverage and if so they would reimburse me...who knew. I did check with them upon returning home and am expecting a check in the mail. I would recommend this company to family, friends, or anyone. FABULOUS SERVICE !!! So helpful when my key wasn't working on the door of my new car. I was expecting to have to get a new door mechanism or even just have a key specially made but he simply sprayed some of his magic stuff in it and worked the lock for a bit and my key worked! He was so nice and helpful!

Gavin came out yesterday to change the locks at my house and did an absolutely incredible job. It was actually pretty fast, considering that I needed new locks on five doors *and* considering that he didn't simply replace them – he actually made them far more secure than they had been originally. He was also very pleasant to have around! (I say this because I have had some people come to work on this house or on previous apartments who have been pretty grumpy!) This is always the company I will call, in a heartbeat, and I'll be recommending them to everyone else (not that they need it because their long history of hard work speaks for itself).

I went by with a sticky ignition in my truck, had to giggle the key to get it to start. My buddy advised me to get a new key made. Keith came out, lubed the ignition cylinder, and worked out the stickiness. He also took care of a troubled door lock too. No charge! Saved me about $60 by not making the key. These guys have always been helpful. Thanks much.
