Armstrong Locksmith completely saved our lives! My friend and I forgot our keys at home and didn't realize until we had already flown out for our trip to Nashville, so we called Rahim up to come break us in. We were stuck outside for around 2 hours until he finally swung by. He was wonderful! He handled the situation gracefully though it was late at night and a long day for him. He greeted us warmly and tried getting in a couple different times, however the lock was constructed very well (by him)! Since we were on the top floor of our condo he had to run up and down the stairs multiple times to produce the right key, however he was a great sport about it. Overall, it was wonderful service and I 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith!

It was after hours as I was working for Habitat for Humanity when my homeowner was locked out of his home. So after trying different ways to get into the home, I called the locksmith to come open up the door and it would be at least an hour with traffic before they got in. When I called, Jason showed up right in the given time. He was nice, friendly,professionally,and very personally. He open the the door less than five members and rekeyed the door within the hour. Great Customer Service!!! This is a FIVE STAR Locksmith Company I needed a spare key cut and programmed for my 2007 BMW 525i. I went into the Armstrong Locksmith storefront location in the evening around 7:30pm. I was treated like I was the first customer of the day. Greeted with a smile and the locksmith was ready to help me with what I needed. The locksmith was very personable and knowledgeable about my particulate vehicle. Made an apointment with them on the phone. We took off from work to be home on time to wait for them. No one showed up! After waiting for 30 minuts, thinking that they might be stuck in traffic or delayed by previous jobs, we called and see if the locksmith was on his way. They answered the phone saying will check with the technician and call us back. Never did!! We waited one and an half hours and called them again. This time, no one answered our calls. Had issues with a new deadbolt on a front door not working properly today, effectively locking me out of my house. Armstrong answered the phone quickly and came right away and not only helped me get into my house, but looked at both the deadbolt and the doorjamb, made some adjustments, and replaced some hardware and screws to ensure that the door wouldn't get stuck and jammed again. The gentleman was very helpful and nice and I'm so glad I called them first! 100% would recommend!

Armstrong sent a locksmith out to replace the door handle on my storm door, as the lock and handle was sticking. I had already purchased a new handle kit from Lowe's and only needed someone to do the exchange. However, when the locksmith accessed the issue, what I had purchased was not the issue with the door. The mechanism that works with the door handle was not working and that part was not included in the kit. He worked on getting that part working and oiled all the door handling pieces. The locksmith was very friendly and helpful. Would use again.

Wednesday, my car door slammed shut locking my keys in the ignition with my car running, in my driveway, while on empty.. Along with my phone and purse in the car. I tried the old coat hanger trick but my car will only allow you to unlock the door by actually flipping the lock. So I called the first locksmith on Google in my area. They were so nice and told me they could get to me in about 10 mins. Once the guy arrived he got me back inside of my car in less than 2 minutes. Very professional and highly recommended. I will only be using them in the future. Thank you guys!

Then 25 minutes later, a locksmith had come by, opened my house's front door, confirmed my identity, and accepted my $75 payment via credit card. Maybe my lock was easy to get into, but I was impressed. No damage to the door frame or lock either!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I went into Armstrong Locksmith to inquire about rekeying the locks in my home and was greeted by Raheem. He was very welcoming, accommodating and offered me with a prompt appointment and very reasonable pricing. On the day of my appointment I received a call that the locksmith would likely be late due to the weather and traffic. Since this didn't work for my schedule they offered me a discount for the inconvenience and rescheduled for the next day. The technician that came out was Kawa. These guys rock! I won't put down how much they charged for my 2012 Ford key and other duplicate I had made but I will say you will be pleasantly surprised by their service and prices. I highly recommend using them to duplicate important keys (esp the new funky chipped keys & fobs for vehicles) before you lose them and have to pay an emergency service outrageous fees *ahem pop a lock ahem* because you are in a bind. 5+ stars!

Typical locking my keys in my car and calling someone to help the situation. Had no idea who these guys were and I was hesitant on calling them because I was scammed before from a different company. Wonderful, professional experience at a fantastic value! I am so thankful to have found Armstrong Locksmith, Inc. After researching and contacting several local locksmiths, I had almost given up on my quest for a replacement auto lock/unlock key. Other locksmiths in the area failed to return calls, they missed appointments, and they quoted me unreasonable rates/turnaround times. In contrast, Armstrong was timely and friendly from the very beginning. I called and spoke with a LOCAL human being who was very helpful. They were able to meet me at work THAT DAY to replace my key. They sent text reminders of the appointment and actually arrived a few minutes early to our appointment. When it turned out that my scenario called for ordering another part, they gave me a temporary key for the meantime and scheduled another appointment with me to bring the replacement key at my earliest convenience.
