I needed Admin keys made for a 2014 Ford F150....Online scheduling was a snap. That's as good as this review gets. I made my appointment and then built my schedule around the locksmith ETA. I received a call 10 min after the designated time only to be told a bunch of B.S on why he could not do the work, He kept telling me I only have two options and both were very pricey and felt like he was trying to strong arm me into what he wanted to do. When I asked about the price difference from the list that I was given online versus the numbers he was talking he laughed at me. He was rude and unprofessional.This guy was a shill from the word go. I will never ever use or recommend A1 Locksmith of Nashville. The locksmiths name on the online schedule system was O S man. Beware

Highly recommend! I lost my car key and within two hours of receiving my call (on a Saturday), A-1 arrived at my house, made and programmed a copy as well as two spares for a very affordable price. What a joke...hope I can find the right key to escape before getting my head chopped off. This should be simple with 15 years of experience, obviously not. They cannot work on mechanical push button locks,forget about it. Keying everything together you have a better chance for the second coming. Lmbo. Nice people though. Very thoughtful just not knowledgeable. I should have watched YouTube.

A-1 Locksmith is an amazing locksmith company. The locksmith remade my 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse keys and chip in less than 10 minutes. I had Pop-A-Lock come over the night before and try to charge me for a half done job in which they were not able to remake my remote. I declined to pay them because I believed there were better Locksmiths out there. The locksmith also changed my house door since it was in bad shape also. All in less than 45 minutes and for the price Pop-A-Lock was trying to charge me for half done job. I highly recommend anyone needing to remake auto or change home lock to A-1 Locksmith. Good bless A-1 Locksmith.

Keys were locked in the trunk and called them make a replacement key. They made me a replacement that will not start the ignition but only opens the doors. I simply ask why wasnt i informed of this and man begins to attempt to argue with me about that this was cheapest price never answering to me why he didnt inform me over the phone about the key price difference and that this key would only unlock the doors. Will not ever use their service again.

Okay experience.. I had a guy come out to cut a key, program it, and program a remote fob as well. He said on the phone it would cost $90 total. We figured out that the remote could not be programmed and he still charged me $109. Still better than having a dealer do it but they should follow through on their quoted price.

Such a great company to use! My car keys were stolen and we were scared someone would try and steal my car using the keys. I was able to find my spare key but come to find out Honda gave me a spare key that didn't work with my car so of course I was disappointed and angry. I called around to other places to see how much it would cost to have a new key made and my car reprogrammed. A-1 Locksmith gave me such a great deal whereas other places were charging almost double the piece. We are so lucky and blessed they were able to come out within 30 mins and finish within 30 mins. Great service!! I had a key broken off in my ignition for a while (like 2 years) and today it decided not to work any longer. A-1 locksmith came out and got the rest of my key out of the ignition, made a new key using the old broken key. Then used the key code from the ignition to make an exact replica of the original key. He programmed it for my truck and it works like new again. Would highly recommend!

I then came to A1 Locksmith on my google list, called them and they were much more affordable. Osman came right out and opened my car door. He was very friendly and good at his job. Broke my car key fob this morning and still had the key. Knowing it would cost me an arm and a leg to replace it at the dealership, I shopped around and called these guys. Very pleased with the final result. Got a new housing for my old key (they used the old “guts” - buttons, etc) and a separate copy of the key with no fob as a spare for probably half of what I would have paid the dealership for just a valet key. Be sure to call and get a quote or make sure they carry keys for your type of car, but I thought the pricing was fair and their service was quick and excellent. Saved me a huge headache and got the problem fixed over a lunch break.

I needed to replace my front door lock assembly. I was told that the company no longer made the exact model but the closest model would be installed. A different brand was installed which didn't match at all. My wife was able to contact the original manufacturer who said the exact model could be found. A1 Locksmith refused to refund the charge even though they told us wrongly that the exact model couldn't be found. I would be very cautious when dealing with these people. I strongly discourage dealing with them.

Outstanding service! I lost my keys when I was traveling and didn't have a spare... my car was stranded inside the airport parking lot. A1 locksmith actually came into the parking lot, and created me a key on the spot. I'm glad I checked-- I was under the impression that only the dealership could do this (because of the chip), but I was wrong! He programmed it and I was on my way!

Parking pretty much doesn't exist, but most people can have them come right to you for key making, and all else. I decided to go right to then for a key copy. The dealership said it was possible to make a key copy, but the fit would be off, and I'd have trouble fidgeting it to make it work. So I looked up "keymakers", and this one had a lot of good reviews. I went personally, because they were close by. Parking doesn't exist, but I made due. Anyway they whipped a key up no problem. Works fine. No fidgeting. The gentleman who helped me was Ahsmen. I don't know if I spelled it right. Nice guy.

Called A-! and got friendly service on time as quoted. I wasn't locked out but I needed a spare key to my 2011 F150. I had called dealer and was looking at $300 plus dollars and of course a trip across town to spend it. At A-1 the cost was explained to me based on me coming in for best price but when I explained I was in Bellvue I was told Locksmith was on his way to my area and for just $10 bucks more he showed an hour later in my driveway and made me a spare key on the spot and also with his cool computer and factory harness cleared away the problem I had created with Fords "My Key" safety mode which was limiting my speed , stereo volume etc. What a great deal it was for me. I found them online and they were the most helpful. I called my dealership and it was beyond expensive. The dealership charged about $300 and I got the same keys for half that. They were super quick and the most friendly. I wish I knew about them a long time ago when I had to get my doors rekeyed. Come to them and they will help you for sure. Greatest Service!!!!

I bought a JEEP Wrangler that didn't come with the key for the doors and they were able to make me a key in less then 5 min or so. Very quickly and cheaper then if I bought all 3 new locks online. So it saved me a lot of time. I would definitely get them to make a key for you if you lose yours.
