I was unable to get into my apartment after my keys were locked in my car. The gentleman who unlocked my car for me not only got to me as fast as he could in a snowstorm, he was friendly and made sure to give me a receipt so my insurance company would help with the cost. I hope I don't lock my keys in the car again, but I'd call these guys in a heartbeat.

I purchased two after market master keys for my 2003 lexus IS 300 online for 20 bucks but when I received them in the mail, i found that NOBODY WOULD TOUCH THEM. "we dont have the insert for lexus" theyd say. Toyota dealership said they wouldnt touch them due to possible inferior metals. I even asked if it were a Lexus oem key blank if theyd cut it and they still said no. they even went so far as to tell me that they called bobs lock and key for me and that bobs wouldnt do it if they didnt sell me the key themselves. Well in a desperate i attempt i later called bobs lock and key myself, explained my situation, and the guy on the phone simply said sure we'll give it a go. Its only 10$ each, worth a shot right? Well this was the only person to give me any hope so i shot on over there, got it done in less than 5 minutes for two keys and they both fit and turned the ignition. Thank you Bobs Lock and Key. You easily saved me a couple hundred dollars and you made a definite future customer the next time i have some locksmith service required!

I went there and got great service! I have a 2010 Chevy Impala and needed a spare key. They got me 2 spare keys one with a programmed chip and one without for $48! Brian was the employee who helped me, he programmed and made the key within 10 minutes of me being there! Definitely recommend going here!
