Josh was a really pleasant and down to earth individual. I had a car key break in half from unknown causes and my car was stranded. He was timely and had my problem resolved in half an hour. Even when he hit a momentary snag and were stuck in the sun due to the nature of the situation he offered a seat in his Air Conditioned vehicle while we waited. Great consideration for his customers. They tried to jump the battery but then determined it was the alternator. Josh went and got an alternator at 9:45 p.m.and put a new alternator in our car in a gas station parking lot.
