Had work done today. The ignition switch was jammed (tumblers were out if whack). the guy (forgot his name already) originally said he'd be out here in about an hour, 20 minutes later I get a call from him saying he's here. It didn't take long for him to fix the problem. On top of that he made an extra spare key for free. The work was fast and well done. He explained what caused the issue. I have a Hyundai Sonata and was unable to get a key made at the dealer or any local hardware store. Patrick came to my work and cut me two keys while on my 15 minute break. Locked keys in my truck, called triple A. Finally after almost 4 hours in the parking lot this guy in a white van with triple A on the side shows up. He scratched the side of my truck, then told me it was already scratched. Really? It was scratched exactly where you put your tools? Terrible customer service. Never use this guy.

We lost our keys and we're stuck outside with an impending storm on the way. We were estimated 30-45 min wait time. Within 15 minutes we were working on getting a new key for our vehicle. The response time was the best we have ever had and the customer service was amazing. Hopefully we never lose our car keys again, but in the event we do, we have the card safely stored in our wallet and will not hesitate to call for help! We would highly recommend using thwm.in the future!

We are on vacation in myrtle beach and Wednesday we rented a boat and was gone until 5:30 when I went to start my car after a long day on the water with 3 kids I realize my ignigtion is broken. I call a locksmith who referred me to triple a (Patrick) his customer service from the time I called till the job was done was the most amazing experience I have ever had. He estimated the job taking 1 hour it was 45 minutes. We were staying 30 minutes away from where we rented the boat and he offered to pick me up which cut down on taxi cost!! I will recommend him to anyone and if the u fortunate lies ahead and I need his services again I will absolutely use him again!!! 5 stars all the way around!!!

Patrick is a true master of the art with superhero timing and was capable of completing the job before i even arrive. My only regret was I didn't find him first before trying all the bogus methods of getting into my car when everyone else including the BMW dealership had no idea how to rectify the problem. He is the first number to call last and if you ever make a ding-bat move like me, GO ahead and call someone else and find out how easy you coulda made it. He unlocked my car and was key to ending my nightmare of a day with an unbelievable price to be on my way!
