I am a Real estate agent looking to get a re-key for a property that is very close to where this company services, and the guy that answered the phone was so rude I couldn't believe. He did not listen to what I was asking and told me NO before I had a chance to explain what I needed. I am not one for writing reviews, but I had to on this one. I deal with a lot of locksmiths in my profession and I will never give them any business. This home had at least 8 locks on the main house alone. Guess he missed out.

Very rude and unprofessional. He gave a snark remark and hung up on me as I was explaining our situation. Response to the owner.... There was no problem with the cell phone service. He gave a snark response and hung up. I am not the first to leave a review about whoever answered the phone being rude. You all lost out on a service call and possible future service calls from our friends and family. If any of my employees were rude customers, they would no longer be working for me.
