Tried to call to get a quote and the guy was EXTREMELY rude! He kept asking for my name and address then credit card info! I kept telling him I just needed to know the price to unlock my car but he just asked over and over for my information. Finally I asked him if he could just tell me how long before he could have someone out then he proceeded to inform me that "No one was available tonight!" Are you kidding me? These people are NOT local like they would have us believe by paying for an ad in Google local or something similar . They are obviously some HUGE money hungry franchise with a "local" call center in who knows what country with no sense of "customer service" whatsoever. I hate to leave a one star for anyone but sometimes you have no choice! You've been warned!

Communication was what you come yo expect when a business is sending someone to your home. An email with contact info and photo of technician was provided when the tech was in route. Ken was very friendly, very professional, and did a great job.. Never once did I feel I needed to keep tabs on what he was doing. That is a comfort that everyone expects when someone is in their home. I highly recommend The Flying Locksmiths to anyone who needs their services.

I've not used them personally but they were installing a lock on a door of a business I frequent. The man doing it was a complete jerk to the customers going in an out. If you hate your job so much, find another one
