Today was the second time that I have used Pop-a-Lock in Spartanburg SC, and I have received exceptional service both times. The first time we re-keyed our entire house, and today we only repaired an outside door knob. Technician Alan Bledsoe arrived even earlier in the day than he first estimated, was so friendly, and gave us numerous options. The price for the service we received was completely worth it. My daughter locked her keys in her car and we called our roadside assistance to help us. We waited an hour for someone to come out. That company representative tried (not hard) for about 10 minutes to get the door unlocked before telling us that we just needed to call a locksmith because he had another call to get to and this kind of car couldn’t be opened without a locksmith. We knew that to be wrong because this isn't the first time we’d done this. So we called and requested someone else. Within less than 10 minutes the new company arrived. They sent Bob Caisango from Pop A Lock who opened the door on the first try in less that a couple minutes. He was polite, friendly, and super fast. I will surely request them in the future and highly recommend them.
