Terrible service. I got a very reasonable quote over the phone but when the guy showed up the price magesticly went sky high. He couldn't pick the simplest lock from Home Depot because it was as he said HIGH SECURITY. He drilled my lock and I had no better option but to buy a lock from him that was 5 times the price of what I paid for my lock before! I looked at the guys reviews and it's a funny thing 80% of his reviewers have Israeli names)) please be very careful, these people take advantage of people that need help

Incredibly fast response time. I received a return phone call within ten minutes. On site, my locked door was opened in less than a minute. Charge for this (during non business hours mind you) was extremely fair. I had anticipated double what was actually charged. Superb in every regard, and I highly recommend. As for me, they will now be my go to for anything related to keys and locks. So refreshing to see that there are some decent, honest guys out there.

So I was at the tanger 17 outlet shopping and when I came back to get into my car I couldn't find my keys. And I realised I left them in the car. Granted my car automatically locks. I completely panicked and this was the closest locksmith I could call. They were absolutely amazing and calming me down and getting my car open. I was super surprised they were able to process the payment on the spot so I didn't have to worry about the bill later. I definitely will keep this company in mind the next time in a dits and lock my self out Haha.

I would highly recommend this company to any looking to hire a locksmith in the Myrtle Beach area. My wife and I have a vacation property here and have been doing some renovations to the property, we needed to have all the locks changed out as we replaced all windows in the home as well as the doors. I called them yesterday and they had their technician come out and look at the doors to give me a quote.The price was good so I decided to use them. Today he came and replaced all the locks & made me keys to where I can use the same key for all the doors. Before you ruin your door, just call this guy. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. I hate that I didn't catch the guy's name, but he arrived quickly during rush hour and had the door open in around a minute. We paid with a card, and the entire deal--from call to payment--took only about 15 minutes. Plus, his friendliness took the sting out of the unfortunate situation.

Beware, total scam, called because my keys were locked in my car. The man said it would be $19 to come out. He came and unlocked my car and wrote a bill for $99. He said it was $19 just to come out and $80 more to unlock the car.
