Paul was super cool! I lost my spare 2015 RX350. I called a few places and got the best rate and service from Joy Locksmith. They provided me a quote and sent out a technician same day since I had to drive north for my moms surgery that night! Great process when the tech arrived. When he opened the car he asked me to check in case the fob was in there and maybe the battery died. Smart thinking, unfortunately not in there. Joy Locksmith is a fantastic service. They have now helped me on two different occasions: once to give me access to my house, and once to replace a smart key for my car. Before my most recent experience I spoke to several other services and was under the impression that I would either have to spend $500+ at the dealer, or wait two days (without a car) as other locksmiths ordered my key. Joy Locksmith had me back in my car in ~2 hours and for hundreds of dollars less than my other options. At least give these guys a call as I’ve found them to respond very quickly and be true professionals.

I lost my car key to my Ford F-150, late evening close to downtown Greenville. Needless to say it was in a very shady part of town. I was scared and in tears when I called Joy Locksmith. The man whom answered my call was attentive, empathetic, and kind he put my mind at ease. I expressed my car key has a chip so it makes the process more complicated. He was totally knowledgeable and said he could create a key for me with a chip and I had the choice to add remote capability. Then he informed me of the reasonable price and said he could meet me in 15 minutes. He did show up in 15 minutes punctual and friendly. He unlocked my car with ease and speediness and created my key. The entire process took about 20 minutes and I was with my new keys in my car on my way back home. I'm so thankful at Joy Locksmith for helping me out.

Late last night on 3/5/19 I realized that I did not have my deadbolt key. I called Joy Locksmith 24 hr service. They graciously took my call and although I live in the Pickens mountains and a 45 minute drive for them to assist me they promptly came to my rescue. The technician was very professional and patient as the deadbolt was a smart deadbolt and it was not that easy of a task. I locked my keys in my trunk at my storage unit and I had nobody to call to come pick me up or help and 2 very nice guys showed up and went above and beyond to get my keys my seats don't go down I have a small hole where my trunk is inside the car and the one gentleman fished my keys out that were buried all the way back towards the back of the trunk under clothes and the guy fished them out to save me money I couldn't be more thankful for these 2 guys the quote I was told when I called was the same no on site surcharge bull these guys saved my day in so many ways the gates for my storage close at 10 and I would have been locked out till tomorrow thank you guys again
