Called for a quote and women who answered the phone was rude and gave very poor customer service! She talked trash about the car I wanted unlock and then told me the guy would not do it. No reason why but to call someone else. I would never recommend anyone to do business here.

Decent pricing and convenient location.but the older woman at the counter was incredibly rude, kept complaining about customers and their timing and blank customers for the parking gridlock'd and doesn't understand parallel parking.

These people are magicians- they picked a safe that we lost the key for, then disassembled the lock and rebuilt it, cut two new keys and totally solved our crisis. All in 24 hours for an incredibly reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Tried to have a key cut at Baker Cadillac for my car. They cut 2 different keys and neither worked, they claimed someone must have changed the locks on the car before I got it, there's no way their machine was at fault. I decided to try a locksmith just to be sure. I spoke to Eric and was quoted $85. I explained the situation and he said if I could get the dealership to give me the code it would save Jantzen looking it up, and save me $50. Very honest of them. I got the code, called it in, and my key was ready in less than an hour and WORKED. I've been to the dealership 4 times trying to get in my car and at a loss thinking i'd have to have the locks replaced but these guys saved the day and my sanity. Thank you!!

One star too many but you have to put one. They are Unethical and give locksmiths a bad name. They make duplicate copies of keys that clearly state "Do not Duplicate" knowing they are putting institutions at risk. I called and gave them a part number to see if they had a particular lock, they said they had it. Upon arrival, they tried to pass off something different and did not have the lock I had requested.

The best locksmith in town! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to make copies of my 1989 Land Rover Defender ignition key & fuel cap key. The keys were made in England and another locksmith said he couldn't do it. I have been coming here for years because of the great service and ability to always make key copies.

Requested to have a lock re-keyed. Location literally across the street. $16.00 re-key charge, $6.00 for 2 keys, $145.00 'service' fee. They did mail us a key copy for an extra $7.00, so that was nice. Was told they had to take their truck over there + 1/2 hour labor. Could have just bought a whole new lock for that price. Ridiculous. Hate they had to drive 200 yards to the location!

Great service as I needed a new key for my car. My old key was worn down after they tested the key and realized that it wasn't as smooth turning as it was supposed to be. They cut a new mechanical key so that I would have it and explained thoroughly how the locking mechanism worked. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

People there are nice and responsible. I went there for rekeying the metal part of my car and then program it myselft. They constantly remind me that programming is a different story. Although that's something I already know, their reminder still make me feel warm. Also, the key they made is perferct for my car.

Great friendly service. Explained up front they may not be able to cut a great key from my worn key. They did a great job and cut a great copy. Service (in a customer no service time) like this will make me come back when I need locksmith work done.

One star is too many! No stars here- service was Awful! Overpriced and not customer service oriented. I requested to have all locks re- keyed in my newly purchased home -one door was not , so I had to call them back. I was charged an additional $130.00 service charge! Definitely would NOT recommend! In addition when I questioned the charge they were rude and said it was my fault the door was missed!

Edit to a previous negative comment, while the lady that said she was the manager on duty was rude and hung up on me, the owner was glad to work out the problem in a calm and professional manner. Glad to see they are able to work with people through a misunderstanding with their staff
