I called them out to cut in a strike plate and install a paddle latch on a door in the evening hours. The tech butchered the door and could not install the paddle lock. He left and told me he didn't know what to do about it. I had to pay ASAP Locksmiths $400 to come out and fix the job so the business could lock their doors.

I called them first thing this morning to let them know I would need someone around 7-8pm tonight, and then called again when I was an hour away from my home. I was told a technician would call me in a few minutes, and they never did. When I finally got home, I called again, and the dispatcher said that I should have gotten a call already and he'd see what was up. A couple minutes later I got a call from the technician saying he was about to eat dinner and I would have to wait. So I received no help from them at all, and had to find another company, even though I've called and given them a time multiple times today

Charged my credit card more than I was quoted. I called several locksmiths for a lock out and they quoted $45. I told them to come out and while they were on the way, a locksmith who had told me earlier they would call back with a quote said $40, but I told them I already someone on the way bc I didn’t want these guys to waste their time. They unlocked my car before I left the restaurant I was at and I gave them my credit card. I checked the next morning and my card was charged $50. I tried calling and leaving messages about this to give them a chance to refund the $5 before I left a bad review, but no one returned my calls.

If you are looking for a locksmith this is the company to call! Steve Masters was great. Same day service. Our front and back door locks were jamming and our keys were getting stuck. Steve went on to take the locks apart and figured out what was going on then fixed them. He was very professional and great to work with. So Called Greenville locksmith to replace lost keys for my Honda Pilot. The guy who answered the phone sounded pretty rough, almost like he was sitting in some garage eating and watching TV, and I was bothering him. After I explained my situation, he said someone would call me right back and that the price would be $235 for both keys. About 30 minutes later a guy called and asked about the type of vehicle and what I wanted. Now remember this for later; I had gone to the dealer to find out about my options and what was required to replace the keys. Armed with this knowledge I went to find a company that would not rake me over the coals like the dealers do. (They wanted $67 per key plus $120 per key to program. Really?? $120 per key to push a few buttons.... I digress) Back to the guy who called me back. After I told him the specifics I asked him a few, what I felt were basic questions any smart consumer would ask. "Are these OEM keys or aftermarket?" "How soon could you do it?" And the one to see if he knew his stuff was "Is there a difference between the driver #1 key and Driver #2 key?" (SO the dealer said the keys are the same but have a 1 and a 2 on them respectively. Then you program the seat configuration for each after the anti-theft function codes are loaded so the vehicle will start.) Continuing on, the guy said I can be there sometime this afternoon. I asked so in about an hour? He said not sure. I said in about 2-3 hours. He said not sure. I said ok, no problem. He then said it will be $240 for both and Ill be there later today; sounding kinda rushed. I said "hold on, the guy on the phone at at G'Ville Locksmith told me $235, so you got me kinda worried about the real price". He said "look man I only know what the company told me and its $240." Then he said he's a contractor for them and is not an employee of Greenville Locksmith so thats probably the reason for the difference. Another flag for me. Then I asked about the difference between the two keys, one for the driver and one for the second driver; and their programming. He said I don't know anything about that. And I said "what, you don't know about different keys for each driver?" Remember what I wrote up above!!! A reputable person who knows their trade would be able to answer this question without hesitation. He then got upset and said "Never mind man" I said, "what do you mean never mind" He said "you sound like too much trouble and already don't trust me." I finished with "you're right" and hung up the phone. ANYHOW, I called this company because of the great reviews. Unfortunately my experience was poor at best. I'm using City Auto Locksmith to get the job done professionally and a lot cheaper. At City's request I'm buying the keys from the dealer, which they will cut at no extra cost for $67 each. Robert from City said he'd meet me to program the keys at a convenient location or at my place. City Auto Locksmith will program the first ket for $45 and the second for $15. Let's do some math here: Dealer = 2x$67 for the keys and $120 each to program for a total of $374. Greenville Locksmith quoted $235 and $240 depending who you talk to (and oh yeah the second guy also informed me that the $240 price was cash and that there was a 5% fee for using a card making it $253 or as he quoted "around $260. Sounding a bit "scammy". City Auto Locksmith = $67x2 for the keys and $45 for the first keys and an additional $15 for the second, or $60 for each making the grand total $194. CALL CITY AUTO LOCKSMITH, save yourself all the trouble I had!!! Good luck.

Got a return phone call from Steve in less than 5 minutes. Even though it was after hours, cold, and rainy Steve was very friendly, arrived quickly and had the truck open in no time. Steve Masters did a great job, helping me get into my home. I locked my phone and keys inside of my home and the only way I could make a call was through my smart watch which was on the verge of dying. Late Thursday night I locked my keys in my car and after dealing with another locksmith company, waiting 3 hrs for no one to show in the end!! My 7-year old accidentally locked her 3-year old sister in the car. She was strapped in her carseat and couldn't move to unlock the door. Thankfully, the car was running and the A/C was on. I called 4 different locksmiths, and the county police station. Everyone was 45 minutes out. My toddler was starting to get nervous and upset. She had to potty and was not excited about having an accident in her seat. I tried to distract her, whole I kept dialing locksmiths. Greenville locksmith was the first one who said he'd have someone there in 10 minutes. The tech called a minute later and was 6 minutes out. Thank God. Called these guys to help with a lost key replacement, obviously the tech didn't had much experience, I was charge a service call and $40 for dealers key code and still could get the key made, they claimed that something was wrong with the computer on the truck. They ended up locking the computer after inputting the wrong code many times costing me an extra hr of labor at the dealership.
