I locked my keys in my van and he drove out of his way to come help me unlock my door to get my keys. Once he got to Clemson it took him a second to unlock my van so I could get my keys and load up my keys. I'm truly thankful for him.

I didn't use this locksmith. My review is based on the way in which my inquiry was responded to on the phone. While he may be good at his trade, l wasn't impressed with his handling of my issue. When you are in the service industry it pays to be polite, respectful and at least try to seem interested in what a potential customer is saying. Even if he would do it for nothing, I wouldn't use this guy. There's plenty more to choose from that would appreciate my business.

Wouldn't help remove a lock from a trailer tow bar even though we explained we were trying to get to Florida to provide relief supplies to the victims of Hurricane Irma.

We are so lucky to have this honest locksmith in Anderson! Even though he said he may not be able to get to me until the next day, he came fairly quickly soon after talking to him. He worked hard on my "tricky" lock/ignition on my Crown Vic...and was so nice. This is a knowledgeable and honest man, with very reasonable rates, a very rare combination. I highly recommend him.
