Called three other places first because I lost my van key and didn't have a way to get another. The other came oplaces Hestood utme theup nextor just told me they would have someone call me right back. This guy came this morning when he said he would. He clearly knew what he was doing. And with in a few mins I had two new keys and a guy that I would be happy to refer to my customers/family/friends. His helper was super friendly and provided good conversation while it was all getting done. Professional and curious with answers for any questions I had. Wow ! What a great customer service! Just bought a new house with 6 locks needed to be re-keyed to a new key . My wife and I scheduled an appointment with DY locksmith dispatcher and once the technician arrived to my house he explained everything and exactly what he was going to do . Turned out my apartment door is high security with commercial grade lock. They were very careful and diligent. Had to drill into the lock but did not damage anything at all.
