Would like to thank these owners so much...I lost my key to my Harley and had a trip planned to Myrtle Beach from Fayetteville. I could not find my key to my bike and called the local H-D dealer. They told me they could get one in a couple weeks. Not going to Myrtle Beach with no way to secure my bike!!! Called these great people and they told me to come on down, and they would take care of it on the spot. And they did just as promised!!! Thanks so much guys!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I left my job early to be home. I was told I would get a phone call before they came. I never got a call so I ccalled them to see if they were coming. They stated they rang my door bell 15 times. I told them someone said they were going to be calling first they refused to come back leaving me with no use of my front door. The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude. I now have to wait until Monday to even get anther company to come out.

Lost my key to a lock. Staff called tech to return to shop to help me out. They were able to get it open and make new keys for it. Very fair and reasonable. Staff is professional and always trying to get you up and running as fast as they can.

Dev came to my house to rekey all my locks, and placed a deadbolt lock on the door that leads to my garage. He went above and beyond to help out, and he was very professional.

When it comes to leaving a review for All About Locks...I honestly don't know where to begin because I have so many great things to say about them - simply stated, Kim and her staff are AMAZING!!! Anytime I've needed immediate assistance, Kim has been prompt in answering my calls and emails! No matter when I reach out to her or how hectic their work schedule may be - she is always polite and willing to help me in any way possible! I've also had the pleasure of working directly with her locksmith tech, Devry, who is just SUPER! He is willing to meet me at our various rental properties for re-keying anytime I need him and does his best to make it work with my personal work schedule when/as he can. Upon arriving to our condos for re-keying and/or key copies...he is always punctual and kindly answers any questions that I may have! I HIGHLY recommend All About Locks for any/all locksmith needs! I'm blessed to have the opportunity to work with them...ultimately, they make my job easier! Working in the vacation rental industry - having such an efficient locksmith is an absolute must!

Great locksmith and great service. We lost a set of our golf cart keys and couldn't get them made anywhere, including the dealer. Kim made a key that fit, it was a custom key. Even had us make sure it worked before accepting payment. I most definitely recommend this business.

After trying numerous places to unlock an antique box, and having zero luck trying to pick it myself, I finally found Kim at All About Locks. She believed she had a key to fit the generic lock and said to bring it in. Lo and behold, she got it open with like the third key, took 2 min. and she would not accept payment!! BTW, the key was locked inside the box. Smart...not! Highly recommend her fast, professional, and kind service! Thanks Kim!

People that is answering the phone should participate on a customer service seminar to learn some manners. This company do not have employees that care of its success. Flexibility and kindness is not part of this company's behavior.

Always excellent service; the best in town. I own an office building and we constantly need locks changed, panic bars on doors adjusted, etc. They always make sure everything is perfect and I'm 100% satisfied, and they do it with a smile. Even simple things like copying keys...I had a key copied at Lowes; it didn't work. Went back to Lowes twice, new key still didn't work. Then went to All About Locks & the new key worked perfectly. I won't go anywhere else.
