My day was terrible and I literally posted my car for sale at 4pm. At 5pm a friend gave me their number and John was here in 11 mins. I couldn’t even believe it, they fixed my car even though it gave them the hardest time! At 9pm my ad for my car was removed and a smile hasn’t left my face since. My 4 year old even woke up and asked if the car was fixed and said wow thank god for them. So amen & Thank god for these guys !

If I could give this company a 10 I would. My granddaughter lost her key to her VWnew beetle and I called a lock smith in Shannock RI and he said he doesn't do cars but John of USA Locksmith does he said give him a call. I gave John a call he is about 44 minutes from my home.John said he would come that day. He arrived around noon worked all day on that car into the night .He tried everything and let's say we were having a heat wave the temps were in the 90s .John said I am not giving up I will be back tomorrow and he came back again and stayed all day again and it just wasn't happening. He never took a dime from us for 2 days of working ,sweating and he said I just dont know what's going on with this .I thanked him and told him I would take it to the VW dealer ..My car sat at the VW dealer over a week and I just said I am bringing the car back home. I called John again he said I am going to help you..I am removing the components out of a vw at a junk yard along with ignition and he said this is going to work. John picked up all that he needed came back again and installed it in my granddaughter s car and it worked..it started and he fixed the problem. Remember ,the VW dealer couldn't program the car and they didnt offer me any alternative. My granddaughter and all of us were so grateful to John. What I am trying to say here is this guy ,this company went over and above for us to fix this car. He is polite,caring and a true professional. I would never call anyone else but John if this ever happened again .I cant thank you enough for all that you did for us You are a very special ,caring man . .I highly recommend this company thank you so much John ,your the best. Great guys Jon and Jon came all the way to the beach, in South County, after we lost ALL of our keys for our 2016 BMW in the water or somewhere and, they made the key for the SUV, right on the spot, in only a short time. Only took 20 minutes. and, they also even took out the time to help follow us home to make sure we got into our home, all the way in North Providence, RI and, got us into our home and, changed all the locks, Also, made brand new keys for our home, within minutes and, also, my husbands Harley Davidson Motorcycle They even speak Spanish. I have nothing but sincere appreciation for John and Johnny! :) I locked myself out of my home last Thursday night. After contacting other local locksmith services, I ended up going with USA Locksmith Group after they gave me such a fair price. John was extremely friendly, skilled, and helpful! I was locked out of the house at 8pm at night. I wanted someone quick and fast to get us out of the cold. John and John came right out and in about 15 min they got me into the front door if the house, went to the back door and gave us a keyless entry door lock that was so easy to program, then installed it and made us several keys.I loved the speed ease and convenience.
