Heard that they had great service but when my boyfriend tried to have them fix a simple jammed car door lock, everyday he called to try to have them help him, they would tell him to call back tomorrow giving him the run around when he was doing your business a favor. Go to Moreiras on south Main Street better service and KIND people, just a bunch of scum at smiths who take their jobs too seriously

I needed to have my locks changed so I called David to re key them and he was here the next day as promised and did an awesome job. His price was beyond fair. I highly recommend this company!

Absolutely great service! Went by there today to get some help with my car door lock and the gentleman there was so very helpful! He got out the metal piece that was jammed inside in a matter of minutes and told me it was free of charge!! For someone who's been a little down on luck lately it really made my day! I really appreciate his time and kindness! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I recently just locked my keys in my car and unfortunately do not have AAA.... I was told to call a locksmith in the area.... I went online and saw all the great reviews about Smith Lock & Safe and I have to say they lived up to those reviews. David was the one who came and unlocked my car.... he was amazing! And he got there in about 10 minutes.... I would say if anyone needs a locksmith in the Fall River area you definitely want to call these guys! Thank you!!

I'm a semi truck driver from Georgia. I locked my keys in my truck, and Smith's came to get me back in. Since it's a semi, and not a regular car, it poses some unique challenges, but the guy that came out was incredibly nice, and he worked at it till he got me in. After that he even helped me find the easiest way back to the interstate after I told him I had to come up a one way street to get to where I was. I would definitely recommend them, and would use them again if I'm ever in town. Hopefully I won't need to though!

Great service, the guys there are great. If you need in, or a set of keys, just go here. You won't be sorry. One guy came out of the shop with a piece of sheet metal for under my kickstand so my bike didn't fall over in the hot asphalt. That's customer service above and beyond.

Absolutely amazing service. I purchased a lock which was defective on a Saturday. Two hours after closing he met me back at the store to exchange and rekey the new lock. I then received a phone call on Sunday, he wanted to know how everything worked out. I can't say enough about the service.

One of my tenants was robbed, taking her handbag with ID and keys in it. David went all the way to Braintree to rekey the door locks the same day I called him. Since then he has changed all the locks in my own house and then again installed all the locks in my new house including the digital locks. He is very professional and went right to work, and took the time to explain and reprogram the digitals, & cleaned up when he was done. Who does that? I don't hesitate to call him about any kind of lock, house, car, safe. He's always knowledgeable, patient and gives solid advise.
