Bob at Shoreline Lock is a life saver. Our daughter had locked our bathroom door, which for some reason had a fairly secure, keyed lock. I first spent several hours trying to get it opened (credit card method, putting a putty knife through the trim) - all I did was end scuffing up the paint - no luck. I called Bob and he was able to show up immediately and within a few minutes he had the door opened. He suggested I replace the lock with a privacy lock, since I have two young kids, it would be awful for them to get locked in there. He had a new door knob with him in his van, a few different colors to choose from that matched my bathroom perfectly. I could easily see his attention to detail, down to making sure that even the screw colors matched, I really appreciated that. His rate was affordable and he's a pleasure to work with. If I ever need locksmith services again, or have friends that do, he'll definitely be getting a call. Bob
