Great service and highly professional. I would DEFINITELY use them again . I reccomend this particular locksmith as I called others and the prices were RIDICULOUS. Some places I called were not even professional on the phone. When I found this place,it was not only a better price, it was BETTER SERVICE. Very professional and got the job done in good time.

Terrible experience, And unprofessional work. I brought them a experience titanium key for them to cut for my car and the locksmith "Greg" screwed up the key. Keeps trying to tell me there both identical but there not... If the key was identical it would turn in my car but it doesn't and the locksmith "Greg" won't even take responsibility for his mistake and won't replace the key (that was perfectly fine) so now I gotta go buy another titanium key. Keeps trying to blame the machine I wouldn't go there again and I HIGHLY SUGGEST you don't go there either if I could give this a 0 star I would

I cannot day enough good things about this place. Both Robin and Greg were SO nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I lost my only car key in a moment of pregnancy-brain and they were able to make me two new ones at a really fair price. And they put the work in too....no joke. First round of keys wouldn’t work, second round with the alt. Coding didn’t either. Greg had me bring in my trunk lock to fasten the third round and they work like a charm. They were so willing to go above and beyond, and never once tried to pressure me into the more expensive options like on-site creation (aka coming to my car) or the remote key option... nor did they charge me more for all the additional leg work. Price quoted was price paid. Next time I need anything key/lock related I’m definitely coming back.
