Terrible service. When we first walked in the 2 employees didn’t know the prices of anything or what to do. Finally someone that knew what they where doing came. They charged us 45 dollars for a key with a chip but gave us one without a chip than tried to charge me another 45. I got my money back went to a different shop and got the key made 25 dollars! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

I lost my car keys and needed a replacement. I called different locksmith companies and wasn't able to get assistance until 2-3 hours. On top of that they were super expensive. Northeastern came out to my house within 30 minutes. Also, they are very affordable and professional. They did an awesome job!!! Northeastern will be the only company I will ever use in the future. The mechanical key for my wife's Infiniti FX would not turn the lock. Joe and Caesar were great. Joe removed the lock and repaired it. Caesar reattached the connecting rod to the lock. They did not have to remove the inner door panel avoiding any possible damage. Key works perfect. Great experience. Saved me a lot of money by avoiding the dealer who most likely would have removed the inner door panel or at least said they had to remove it. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone needing locksmith services.

Through a series of events, it was an emergency to get our locks on ALL of our entry doors replaced. I called early in the day and they were at my house in a few hours. I then realized that I had no way to pay them on that day - that was no problem for them. "Just call the office on Monday and give them the credit card information". A few days later I need my car re-keyed. Not just a copy of a key made but an entire new key including the door lock to the car. No problem. It was an involved process but it was done quickly and the keys work perfectly. No wonder each of the other reviews here are for 5 stars each. My only problem is that I wished there were 6 or 7 or maybe 10 stars to give.
