Excellent, quick service at very reasonable price. They fixed a challenging lock problem on two doors for me for only $20. Easy to get to on Newport.

Called for trunk and then called for my door. Scratched my door paint, ripped leather, bent door frame, damaged weather seals. Failed to pick my driver door. I picked it while he was there in 5 minutes. Asked me for 120.. I would not call for an antique ever again or anything I cared about.

Dave was 1.5 hrs late to appt. He insulted me about my knowledge of locks and then failed to bring the 5 keys I requested for the job and sent me into the store...more of my time. I spent 2.5 hrs to get three locks rekeyed for a job that was less than 30min effort. Mario was nice in the store. If you want to buy stuff from them, no issues...just dont hite Dave to insult you and disregard your time.

They are the most jovial locksmiths and door/drawer/window hardware suppliers in my experience. They sold me 2 knobs that were, admittedly, recovered from a rehab. Nice fit on my dresser. Moved wood from top and replaced with there "sea shell" knobs.
