I just walked in to city locks with a broken car remote and a shell of a new remote in hopes the inner workings could be interchanged. Well the answer was yes !!! The gentlemen that helped me was very kind and did not even charge me!!! I know I called a few other locksmiths and they wanted to sell me a high price new remote .City locks did not try to do that. I would highly recommended this locksmith .

Awesome Service. I went in with a mortise lock set close to 100 years old looking for some parts to convert it to a modern key set. City Lock had everything I needed to convert it and they even dry fit everything to make sure it would work. I will definitely be using them in the future for any lock needs.

I do not recommend this place. My wife called to get an estimate on unlocking a door for us and the "gentleman" was so rude. Do not use this company. They don't understand the definition of customer service.

Awful service. Rude and threatening employees. The supposed manager actually called me from a blocked number and threatened my life all because I called to complain that the locks they rekeyed didn't work. I had a building full of tenants who couldn't get in. They sent a kid in a car without the ability to even make a key. If I could give zero stars I would.

Had called this place to change locks at my warehouse. Joe came 30 minutes late than the agreed time. However, he did an excellent job. Changed the cylinder and fixed the few loose screws on the handles and retightened it. He also sprayed WD-40 on the parts to ensure a smooth opening and turning of the keys. Joe was very professional and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company if you need one.
