I called their 800 number to schedule an appointment to replace some locks on my home. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Mike, the locksmith who came out to do the work was really nice. It took him about an hour to replace 2 locks and rekey another door. Very happy with the work that was done.

They updated my commercial electronic access system, after the original installer was unable to fix an ongoing problem, and they were easy to communicate with, always on time and delivered as quoted.

This company came to my home to fix a lock on my back door. When the technician arrived I told him I had done some research and that my lock needs to be completely replaced. He said that I was incorrect, and that he could fix it. He took my whole door apart and after 2 hours pointed out what I had already showed him at the begining was the reason the lock wasn’t working. He then charged me his hourly rate plus a service fee, of course. I was disappointed because they claimed they could order me the proper lock and have it installed by the next week. It has been two months and after repeated calls and emails to the local office, I have given up. Avoid this company at all cost.

Hard to believe this is a real business. They found me after an inquiry to Home Advisor. Scheduled and appointment for a fairly large job. They called to tell me their guy wanted that day off and if they could move appointment they knock $25 trip fee - I agreed. On the appointed day 30 minutes after the appointment time I received a text saying they were on their way. One hour later still not there so I left. 15 minutes after that their guy told me he was there but couldn't park (but my building has a parking lot!!!). He told me he'd assess and call from the site.. never did. Then I received and email proposal that was supposedly discounted to make this all up to me. I asked about the cost of the product as they had marked it up 50% from Amazon price and they told me that is how they planned to make money and they were withdrawing their offer. Don't waste your time with this company.

Wish I could give zero stars. I made an appointment for 2:00 pm they called at 2:30 and said they had to reschedule for 4:00 I said OK that's fine, then at 4:30 still no locksmith and no call from them so I called back they said give them until 5:30 I waited until 6:30 still no show, so I called again and they said the locksmith wasn't answering his phone. Extremely unprofessional to treat customers like this. If you are looking for a locksmith call Murray's they will be there in less than 30 minutes. This company is a joke.
