We were truly between a rock and a hard place when the door to our Airstream was shut Airtight and would not budge after being unlocked! After a night in the hotel and too many “I don’t know what to tell you” responses from RV repair shops, we called Summit Locksmith. Two technicians promptly met us at the site; they worked hard to pry the door open while taking great care not to damage it. They then investigated the problem, and helped us “fix” it so we could use our trailer for the long journey back to the Southwest! I highly recommend this company! Thank you!

Jeff came to replace my locks and re keyed my other lock. I felt he was a little rude and honestly charged me a lot of money to do this work. In addition he made me two new keys which I would of like to have four but was afraid he would charge me for them. To top this all off he made me throw out my old locks instead of throwing them out himself. I also had to clean up after him. I was disappointed in his service. With what he charged me the least he could of done was to clean up after himself and throw the old locks away.

Twice this year I've managed to lock myself out of my apartment. Twice!! Jeff let me back in both times. He arrived promptly, and his rates were VERY reasonable in my opinion, even though one time was early on a Saturday outside business hours. I've been meaning to leave him a glowing review for some time now, but I was also locked out of my Google account. (how appropriate!) Anyway, if you are in need of a professional locksmith, I highly recommend contacting Summit. They do offer emergency service outside their posted hours!

Awesome service! Quick and professional. Did not have to leave to have spare keys made. Jeff made them right there for me. Saved me time and hassle of running to have them made and not working properly. His keys worked perfectly! Totally satisfied 110%. I emailed on the weekend to ask about pricing to have two locks rekeyed. Jeff emailed me back on a Sunday. His price was in the ball park of the other companies I had emailed or called. He suggested I call Monday, if I was interested, to make an appointment. On Monday, I got finished at work earlier than expected, so I started calling around to see if anyone would come rekey the locks that afternoon. The first company I called said no, but they could schedule me in for the following week. I called Jeff and got his voicemail. I left a message and he called me back within fifteen minutes. Twenty minutes later he was rekeying my locks. And he charged me what he quoted me.

Highly recommend! Prompt, efficient, professional service. Somehow lost the transponder out of the car key at Wendy's so the car wouldn't start. Summit Locksmith responded promptly to our request for assistance. They made and programmed a new key and had us on our way in no time at all. Will call them in the future should we encounter any key problems. The cranky Mazda dealer wouldn't help unless we had the car towed to them to diagnosis the issue. Thank You Summit Locksmith!! An 86 year old friend of mine lost the key fob (her only one) to her 1999 Mercury Grand Marque. We looked everywhere to try and locate it but to no avail, so we began looking on the internet for a replacement. We located a few on Ebay, Amazon and other sites but were cautious of dishonest sellers who may or may not send one that actually functions properly. After a few hours of searching online I decided to call someone locally who replaced the locks in my home for a recommendation. He immediately suggested Summit Locksmith out of Harrisburg PA. I spoke to the owner to tell him what we needed and he suggested we meet one of his associates at a local Ford dealership (one of their accounts) a few days later. His associates name was Nick Pelletier and he was there when we arrived as promised. Nick showed up with a truck ready for business at the dealership, however, the FOB he presented to us didn’t quite accept the original key code. He said he would order us a new one, AND - he also said he would make it up to us by going directly to her home as opposed to us driving back to Ford. The following week one of Nicks colleagues showed up at Jeans home – didn’t quite get his name, but he showed up with the correct FOB which accepted the code! Jean was not only thrilled that the new FOB accepted her code but was equally pleased with the level of customer care, service and professionalism this fine team provided. Neither one of us are individuals who typically run to sites to provide reviews, but in this case, we felt strongly no less than a 5 star rating was warranted. We HIGHLY recommend Summit Locksmith for all your lock service needs!

Locked my keys, phone, and purse in my car at a sheetz where helpful employees helped me find a locksmiths number. The first place I called said it would be 2 hours. Summit came out to help me get back in my car in 15 minutes. Once they got there it only took another 2 minutes to unlock the car.

Called Summit who said they had the equipment to flash the computer. Quoted me considerably lower than anywhere else, came out in 20 minutes and found that the other company was wrong and started my car right up with a normal key. They could have easily charged me the full amount and I would have never known. Honest, affordable & fast. Two thumbs way up!!!!

Great service at a very reasonable price. In our first conversation, he gave a couple suggestions to fix problem on my own. When that failed, he set up a time he would call. He called when he said he would and arrived ahead of schedule. He rebuilt the ignition lock, made two new keys and restarted my car. He was great.
