Cut and programmed transponder key and programmed key fob for me. My car was giving a problem, here a fuse was out. They fixed the problem and I finally have a key fob and spare key! Great service and great value, my price was even lower than originally quoted! Thank you so much!!

Very nice and friendly. But never showed up. I drove an hour to meet Tim at my father's place in Easton between 10 and 11. Didn't call, message or contact me till I called at 1050 am. At that time he told he wasn't making it. Communication is key.

I locked my keys up in my trunk, called this guy and he was there within 20 minutes full of determination.... My windows are tinted as dark as you can get so he was pretty much going in blind unlocking my car, needless to say, he got me in and I was on my way! Also, he’s probably the cheapest locksmith around based on my past experiences with other locksmiths. I will definitely use his services again if need be.

I see all these good reviews and I'm so confused. this is the first review I have ever taken the time to leave for a business. My 2 year old and I were locked out of our new apartment at 9 at night with an open truckload of my belongings to be moved into my apartment. I called several times, only to be told a tech would call me directly, yet no one ever did. and all i got from the answering service was that "they didn't know why they weren't calling me" . I am STILL locked out of my apartment and this is 1130 the NEXT day. I finally have another business coming to let me in. Terrible.

This was a terrible experience. I called for emergency service for an organization. The exterior doors to the center was not locking and these guys showed up to look at the door, said we needed to order a lock and never showed up again despite numerous calls to them and an appointment that was set up for the to come do the repair and replace all our locks. We waited for two weeks, no show, no phone call not even an invoice for the work they did. I can't believe how slack the response was in such a dire, security threatening situation. I would never recommend this locksmith. I'm thoroughly disappointed in their service.

I never lock my keys in my car EVER! In a bad situation, Tim responded immediately, was professional, kind, and got me back in my car as quickly as I had locked myself out. He went above and beyond his work duties. I am very grateful I called Sprouse. Ran into Tim at the local Sheetz today 9/23/17. Watch out !! He doesn't meet his obligations. I trusted him owing me over 2 months rent claiming jobs he completed were owing him in excess of $20k. I never rec'd payment owing $3000. Now I see he is operating at route 248 and Northwood Ave.
