Had only one Key to my vehicle which was lost. I called Smith's because I was out of options and I would recommend him to anyone that I personally know. He is a very friendly gentleman, he has a good sense of urgency, travels to you, and is very good at what he does. He was able to get me a key for my car that wasn't that expensive and also on a Sunday. Anyone needing keys for anything, he is my first recommendation!

Great service and very knowledgeable. We had purchased our new home and thought changing the locks would be easy peazy. Well it wasn’t. Mr. Smith came out very late last minute on a Friday night to help not only install the locks but fix the doors which were causing us issues installing the locks. Great guy!

I called and scheduled an appointment with Mr. Smith and he really seemed to be the right person for the job after talking to him. He had the best price to fix my problem with my car. Well the time came around when he was supposed to be here and he never showed or called. I called and left messages on is phone and texts to. He finally called me back and we rescheduled for the next day. Well guess what still no show. So I had to call another locksmith who was more expensive but they showed up at the time they said they would. I just wish Mr. Smith would have just been up front with me if he was to busy to fix my ignition in my car. I just hope the next customer who calls for his services don't get put off or ignored.

I own a property right here in Dallastown Pa that I had called Mr.Smith about changing the locks on my rental property. He said he could do it later on in the week. I told him that was fine and just to call before he comes out so I could meet him there to get the job done. Im sorry to say that he never called me back or followed up with me. I had to call another local locksmith to get it done. I think that is very poor customer service for a place that claimes to be in business since 1967.

Terrible person and terrible service!! Do not waste your money here or go to this place you will regret it!!! Had a scheduled appointment with Glen Smith and he was a no show. Had to call another locksmith to get my locks rekeyed. How unprofessional. Very rude and horrible manners.
