We have had them come out for a commercial lock issue on multiple occasions for same problem. They can't figure out why we continue to keep having the same problem so now they have told us to go elsewhere. We even suggested that we buy a new lock system if the existing one is faulty and they told us they don't want our business. What is the point of going to locksmith company if they can't help with a lock problem.

Good lock place with helpful staff. I wish they had a little more selection as locks can be unique with how old some of the pgh places are. However they do their best to work with you and have a good amount of the regular pieces.

Guy is a thief would not recommend doing business with him .I dropped of 2 safes to get the time delay reprogrammed he called with an estimate that was to expensive told him I will pick them up totally forgot about picking them up gave him a call that I will be down to pick up the safes he said we don’t have the safes here so I stop by his place showed him the picture of the safe no where to be found will not take accountabilty that either he sold them or what he did with them no compensation offered
