Zero stars....hands down the worst customer service. Whoever I spoke with had zero customer service skills. I would not recommend this business. Throw away the lock and key on this place. I recommend Reeds in Annville. They have a pleasant person answering the phone and have good service.

I set up an appointment ahead of time and Wayne showed up on time and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if there was a need to do so.

Got here in under 20 minutes! Took 2 minutes to get my car open. Normal morning routine to start my car and unlock the doors after to get my snow brush out of the back seat so car was running and they came to the rescue! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
