I used this place about a year and a half ago. (Yes I am late in my review) I have nothing but praise for this place. This company went out to my mother’s house and overcharged her for new locks. Not only did he put in cheap locks but he charged for drilling deadbolts when they were already deadbolts installed. He also installed a peephole and charged over 80 dollars, leaving the door all scratched. I had to call a local locksmith to key all the locks the same and this company, Knauss and Sons, who was appalled about the charges. The total bill for this crook was over $600 for three deadbolts and a peephole. Look elsewhere as they take advantage of people.

We had an unfortunate event happen where my younger brother went Kayaking and had tipped over into the water. (9/22/2019 Sunday evening might I add you) He lost his phone, wallet, and most importantly, the only set of keys to his vehicle. I came across LockTech’s site and read the reviews on here. I said to myself, they are nothing but good, and I called them up. Josh answered and was nothing but humble and informative and prompt. He came out within an hour and when hw arrived, we noticed his wife tagged along, funny enough, she used to live next to my fiancé! (Small world), and talked with all of us. If anyone ever needs to used a locksmith for whatever, you’d be nuts not to call Josh. Thank you for all your help! Will always refer this company and Josh to anyone I meet!

Expectations from these guys are below average. I recently lost my keys to my 09 challenger before i left town for a job. My wife called these guys to replace my Fob so I can drive the car as soon I got back in town. Came back with a minivan key Fob and the push start button does not work. Definitely unprofessional, ripoff and not recommanded.
