Did the job, I needed a cylinder switched out of my lock. I simply couldn't take the old one out. They didn't give me a price until the guy was here. Quoted me an outrageous price when I didn't need the full job and tried to tell me "it would take you two days to do this job". Sorry, sir, but I installed the lock before and it took a shorter amount of time than he did. Only needed the old cylinder out but refused to do so, insisted on doing the whole thing. He gave me a lower price which was nice, albeit grudgingly, and it was still high when another company said they do it for a quarter the price (they were closed). No not recommend.
