I called Edward bros first thing on a Sunday morning and they were able to send a locksmith to my house within 30 mins of me calling. He was able to get me into my garage quickly with no issues. Heaven forbid if I ever lock myself out of my garage again I would absolutely 100% use these guys again no questions asked.

Locked myself out of my apartment. I asked about the price when I first called, and was told it would be $130 but it ended up being $189 with other fees and total services. The locksmith was about 30 minutes late but at least he communicated with me while I was waiting for him to arrive. He told me exactly what he’d be doing and was very nice the whole time. He picked the lock in less than 5 minutes which was great!

I locked my keys (and cellphone) in my car at a gas station. This was literally the only 24/7 locksmith that picked up their phone when I had the gas station attendant call. They arrived relatively fast and got into my car really quick. The guy was really friendly. Hopefully I won't need them again, but I will definitely call them if I do!

Very professional, on time, and polite. My husband lost our key fob to our car and we had called a locksmith earlier in the day, who said a tech would call us back immediately(they never did). So i called Edwards Bros Locksmith, the owner was polite and very professional. He told me a tech would be calling me back , as soon as i got off the phone with him...5 mins later the tech called and scheduled the time he woukd be there. He actually came on time, made us a great key for our car, made sure everything worked and it did! The prices are affordable and customer service is great! If you're looking for a company that actually keeps its word, comes on time, and does a great job, the i recommend this business for you.

Service was fine. Technician was an hour late but held up in traffic. One thing that was frustrating was that the quote I got over the phone was not what my son was charged. He was never quoted a price at the house and if he had been given the cost he would have declined the service. After calling and complaining about the $415 bill they did refund $200 of my money. The owner did try to reconcile the problem but I disagree that my son was told changing two locks would cost $415

1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Was told that a technician was in the area and would contact me shortly. Had to call 2 more times. On my second call an hour later was told that the technician could not make the job and there were no other technicians available.

Be trying to get an extra key made for my mother's 2016 Hyundai Tucson and all of the dealerships have been busy. Called Edward's Bros locksmith today and got 2 keys lasered cut and the fobs programmed for a great price! Will definitely use again!

Edward Bros had a locksmith dispatched to my home within an hour. Our home is older and so is the lock that needed fixed. The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable and super efficient. He also provided suggestions for better resolution in the event the issue persists. Great service!
