I was locked out of my house while gardening (left the key inside), so I had nothing useful out there but my cell phone. I called two locksmiths and got their voice mail. Neither called me back. I was worried. Then I called Bear's Lock and Key. Not only did a gentleman answer the phone, but he said he'd be at my house in 15 minutes! I was so relieved! Barry got me into my house quickly, and charged a reasonable amount. When I saw him, I realized that I had used him last year - for the same reason - he answers his phone and arrives quickly. Barry, the owner, was prompt. He arrived at the promised time, right on the minute! He was kind and knowledgeable and didn't charge us a dime for "fixing the problem." (Which ended up to be a solution easily remedied...human error on our part, not actually any lock to be repaired!) He could have walked me through trouble-shooting over the phone, but chose to come by our office instead. He could have "invented" work to do for a fee, but he didn't. When my supervisor instructed me, "find a reputable locksmith," we found the right one! Local, honest, knowledgeable, prompt, and genuine! We're grateful!
