Advanced Lock installed a new deadbolt for me. Several weeks later, as the weather changed, the bolt started sticking making it difficult to lock. I called Joe on a weekend and he came out same day and resolved the issue completely. He also adjusted the hinges on the door at no extra charge. The door now shuts easier as well. Thanks!

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE: The Friday (July 26th) before leaving for our family NJ shore vacation I mounted a Thule XSport roof top cargo carrier (that I've had for 14 years from Sears) onto our Honda Pilot, stocked it and then locked it only to have the key break-off inside of the lock and of course I could not find the spare. After calling various locksmiths, another locksmith referred me to Advanced Lock & Security. I spoke with Joe who had some familiarity with Thule cargo carriers. After finishing a late job in Delaware on a safe, he came to our house around 9:30pm and using several precision hand tools tinkered with it, got the broken key out and made two new keys from key making machinery on his truck. Joe was a great guy and saved us allot of anguish and saved our cargo carrier as well, all for a very reasonable cost and just took 30 minutes. Joe said he acquired some of these skills not found by many today from an old locksmith many years ago which served us well today! EXCELLENT SERVICE & I WILL ONLY USE & RECOMMEND ADVANCED LOCK & SECURITY FOR ANY OTHER ISSUES THAT COME UP IN THE FUTURE!!!!! EXCELLENT 5 STARS!!!- Joe & Shannan Romano (Phoenixville, Pa).

When leaving for work, I discovered the security door lock wouldn't unlock lol Iwas locked in. I Googled a few places to view pricing, ratings and decided to give Advanced Lock & Security Inc a call. They took my information and called me back within 20 minutes to let me know someone was on the way and how soon they would arrive. As well, the Lock Smith called to give his eta. He was very personable, with great customer service skills. which helped put my elderly mother at ease as he took the time, while working to explain why the lock stopped working. I would HIGHLY recommend Advanced Lock & Security. I locked myself out of my apartment in the morning while I was on my way to work and didn’t know who to call. I googled locksmiths near me and decided to give Advanced Lock a call. They arrived at my door within 5-10 minutes and solved the issue immediately. A tech named Joe C arrived and promptly explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix the lock on my front door. He took care of the issue quickly and saved me from having to purchase a new lock set. He also fixed the lock on my screen door and gave me some options with what I can do if I'd like to make other changes to it. Overall, this was a great experience. I'm amazed at the number of trades people who make appointments but never show up and don't answer calls. Dealing with Advanced was a very pleasant change. I would highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, Joe the technician arrived on Friday night July 26th (day before NJ shore vacation)after our only key broke off into a fully loaded Thule Xsport cargo roof top car carrier. Within 30 minutes he got the broken key out, made 2 new keys on the spot ,tested them several times, oiled the key hole and saved the day and lots of anguish at a very reasonable cost.
