$68.95 to open my car door. They didn't tell me until they opened my car door how much it cost!! The lady on the phone gave me an attitude when i first called. She told me they were a little backed up; I mentioned I happened to be in a rush for an appointment. All I was looking for was a " i'll have my guy there in ___ minutes" but instead her response was "well, what do you want me to do about it?" Once they arrived, it took 5 seconds to open the door. I was so thankful, I asked how much it was and I thought it was a joke! (It also feels like you're paying for two guys to open your car which sucks). I sincerely asked why it cost so much and the response was "I have no idea" nervously. Inwas looking for an honest response as to why i was paying so much and they had nothing to say about why?!!

Great experience. Both my key and spare was locked in my car. He came right to my car and was able to unlock my car within minutes. The price was reasonable. Especially compared with the option of either getting a new key which could've cost over 100 or breaking my windshield open. Thank you for the fast service!

First of all price was reasonable. You can’t compare to their prices. No other locksmith will have a better price. They were also punctual and showed up at the time that they said they were going to show up. Finally, one of the only locksmiths available at that time. They opened my house after 11:00pm on 11/13.

24 hours quick response is a load of BS. Called four times and left two messages with "Dave" for an emergency home lock out. Three and a half hours later and a missed day of work and still no call back.

Said he would show up at 9:30 to cut a new key for my truck. Showed up 5 hours late. Messed around for 15 minutes, told me he's "not making any progress here, you need to call someone else" Gee thanks.

I gave one star because I needed to write a review. I just called to get some advice on how to review a cylinder from the outside of the door because I don't get paid till this Wednesday and which ever guy it was that answered the phone just hung up on me! I'm furious because kindness takes a second out of your day! If he would of taken the time to help I would have used him in the future and recommend him to others. If This Business Customers Sucks!!!!!!!! Then It's A Reflection Of Their Service!
