Called and asked if they could program a new key fob for me. Was told no problem, just call when I got off work and they could fix me up. Called and was told be there in an hour and a half - 2 hours. I texted my address and got no confirmation that it had been recieved. 2 + hours later have heard from them so sent a text that I was leaving to get some dinner. Called cell phone number I was given and got no answer. Voice mail wasn't set up. Haven't heard from them since. Oh well, guess they don't need my business.

The man who came for Edmond Locksmith was very good and helpful quoted me a straight price and kept his word. Very reasonable and helpful and made sure I was a satisfied customer. I called another company Security Lock which says there in Edmond which there not and they charge a $19 service charge on top of what the serviceman is charging and not helpful at all!

I hate when people say they don't ever leave reviews when leaving a review, but I'm doing it now. I had to call a locksmith because I live in CA and my dad lives in Edmond. The police called my sister in TX saying that no one had been able to reach him and so we needed a locksmith to meet them at his home to see what was going on. Not only did the gentleman Yaniv, who I spoke to, deal with my few calls in attempts to coordinate his workman meeting the police at my dads house, the workman Jeremiah, was so compassionate and kind being that my dad had passed. He dealt with my crying as I tried to give him my information and told me his own story of his dad passing which was just so kind and compassionate. Thank you both so much.

I locked my keys in my truck. Called this company, they were very nice and arrived quickly. However, the guy was there 5 minutes for an easy job and he charged $169. I called the company and asked what their prices were and if it was mistake ( should have done this from the get go, but I was in a hurry.) The lady I spoke with about the prices told me there service fee was 19 and the labor was 29 but could very and at the end of the day the technician quotes the prices. I feel like I got ripped off. And over charged. It was a simple unlocking the door that took him 2 minutes the only reason he was there longer is because he wanted to stay and chat. I don’t feel his work was worth $169!

I LOCKED MY KEYS IN MY CAR WHILE IT WAS RUNNING! I was about to head to work and forget my cell phone in my house. When I went back in my door to my car locked! I live on the south of Edmond. Edmond Locksmith Service sent a guy out immediately to get me back in my car. I was impress by how fast he came out and how quickly he got me back in my car. I was still a little late to work, but it could have been much worse. I would recommend Edmond Locksmith to anyone needing to get into their car quickly.

I called Edmond Locksmith today because I locked my keys in my car. They arrived within 10 mins and got me back in my car. They charged me $65 which was less than what other people I called said. Hopefully there wont be a next time but if there is I will be sure to call Edmond Locksmith instead of wasting my time shopping around.

Terrible service. The man said he was on his way we waited for an hour and called he ignored us multiple times. It’s pretty sad y’all can’t even let someone know you aren’t coming. I️ would never recommend this place to anyone y’all are gross.

Called and told them my error message on my vehicle. Was told either the chip in my key needed to be reprogrammed or I needed a new key. Was told that a regular key was $150 and key w/fob was $250. Told him I wanted the key w/Fob. He said he would call back if he didn't have the key w/fob. 30 min later, the driver showed up on schedule. Very nice and professional but showed up with the wrong key. Never got a call back. Could have saved them a service call. Service guy tried to reprogram my key but wasn't successful. I'll call someone else next time!

Called to ask if they could do a service, tells me one second, hangs up on me. Thought we might have been disconnected, called back and I hear the same guy answer the phone then immediately hang up. Looks like they don't want business.

Seriously they don't even deserve a star. I scheduled a meet at nine to get a key for a bike. My fiance and I waited for three hours, calling him and the office, we were ignored, hung up on and ignored some more. Finally we get to talk to someone, he'll be there shortly. Another hour passes and still nothing. Once he finally shows up, he hands my fiance the key book and tells him to find the model. We find it. He looks for the key, tries two, and says he doesn't have the right key, he's super busy so he'll have to go to his office and get it but he can't come back out until tomorrow. We asked if it could be later and he said no, tomorrow only, between nine and ten. The next day. It turns noon, he's still not there, no one answers our calls. After another hour, we finally get the office to answer and they say he'll be there shortly. He never showed up. Never called us back. We had to go to a different locksmith all because he wouldn't answer our calls. If you have literal days to waste and don't care about actually getting a key, this is the place to call.

The man was very nice and helpful! On the other hand, it took them 5 1/2 hours to arrive and originally told me it would be 30 min. I was told 3 times that it would only be another 30 min. I wouldn’t have minded the wait- I just wanted to be told an accurate time instead of guessing and waiting.
