Barnes Wrecker Inc has a very professional and prompt crew. Once contacted they sent out a member by the name of Cj Raynal. Threw out the process Cj was very prompt and gave us an update on eta for the tow so we knew how long to expect. When he arrived he got straight to work getting all the proper information and then proceeded to load the car up. It was my buddies car and it is in fact lowered which I’ve seen to be an issue with previous companies. But Cj know just what to do and had the car loaded in no time flat with out a single scratch. Now if you’re a car guy you know that’s a big deal. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a towing service

Awesome service. I called them to pull my car out of a ditch last winter and they were there in 5 minutes! They have also come to my rescue for a flat tire, twice! Love their office lady, I think her name was Christie... she was awesome, super sweet, and very entertaining if you’re waiting on a service.

I rolled my tractor on it's side in the middle of a field. I called and advised the lady on the phone I was approximately 300 yards (900ft) from the gravel road and would need a one ton with a winch to get back there to give me a pull. She advised she would send the "big truck" because it "has a lot of cable." When the driver arrived, he was very friendly, he walked back to the tractor and tried to figure out a way to get me back on all fours. The gentleman advised he only has 500 feet of cable and would not be able to reach me. I asked him about a one-ton truck and he said he wouldn't bring it out because it might get stuck. He apologized for not being able to help me and then said it would be $65 for him to come out. Stay away from this company as they can not do simply math and will take your money for their incompetency.

I would definitely use Barnes wrecker service again. Out of all the times I had to use one this was the best experience I've ever had. Our tow truck driver name was Trevor. I called this shop and was asking what it would cost to have my car towed. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very short in her responses. She sounded as if me calling asking for a tow was an inconvenience for her. I felt that if this is the type of service I’m getting during a phone call. I’m afraid of the type of service I will get once they arrive. I chose not to go with Barnes Wrecker Service. I’m sorry if me calling your towing company is an inconvenience, but I have a broken down car I’m needing to get towed and repaired. I don’t have time or patience to deal with poor customer service.
