Called late, said they would call the next am and send someone out, never called, called in the evening said they would have someone call me right away and send them out, hour later no one called so I called them 2 more times they closed and never sent anyone.

Guy is a clown, asked about getting truck unlocked and making me a key. He said he would be unable to make a key today, no problem, I gave him my address after he asked, he said that didn't know the location, which is only 2miles from his business, so I provided the information, he then tells me that he's no going to be able to make it out today and started giving me info on another locksmith. My thought would be start with a professional locksmith instead of this joker in the first place.

Called at 3pm to have a locked car gotten into. We are less than 4 miles away & they said they couldn't come because they were leaving for the day & we were too far out. WHAT?!? Don't say your open until 7 if you really want to close at 3! I'd leave NO stars if I could!
