Absolutely useless. Do not waste your time. Waited several days for a return call that never came. Called them back-made appointment. 20minutes past the appointed time, I call to confirm. Not even in route. Do yourself a favor and call Action Lock. They wont BS you like these jokers and if they can't do it, they will tell you who can.

Bell’s Delights .

We paid him to unlock our car, the door handle broke off. Hours later he replaced it. The car battery went dead on the car. We tried to use the key to unlock the door and the key does not work. We called him back to inform him that the key does not work and he said he was not the one who replaced the lock. So now we have to pay to unlock the car again and replace the handle.

I asked if he was nearby. He said “yes no worries I can come now.” Guy said 20 minutes, called back after 30 minutes, wouldn’t answer. Then when he called back he said his phone died but it would be 10 more minutes. It ended up taking an HOUR for him to get there. Now, he did get my car unlocked very easily-in less than 2 minutes. But it cost me $75!

Great service, came quick from Yukon to El Reno, got time out of a bind real quick and even changed out the battery to my key fob. Forgot to ask for the guys name but he drives a Green Chevrolet and he was awesome just Incase the big boss man checks these reviews!
