Don't keep accurate records, install incorrect handles(i.e. when their lock broke, they replaced a silver lock with a gold lock), don't give pricing upfront and overcharge when they fall short. Will not use again. They do not get your approval or signature before or after work is completed, just send you a large bill and expect it to be paid no questions asked.

Great service I lost my motorcycle keys they were able to open the gas tank lock an make new keys all in a few hours after I dropped it off also they sell security boxes good prices for services and goods yes I will be using them again
