Contacted them to have my house door unlocked and was told it would be $300 dollars because it was after hours. I tried calling back to have someone come out and was told that the on call technician wasn't answering and that they would be closing in 20 minutes. I asked aren't you a 24 hour company and she stated that they are but they would be leaving in 20 minutes and basically if the technician didn't get back with her within that time I was out of luck. Than says well we do have an answering service. No one ever contacted me. I contacted another locksmith and he was at my home within 20 minutes and only charged me $75. He stated no locksmith charges $300. Be careful with this company

technician arrived a few minutes early, and did a great job re-keying our locks. Would use them again should we ever need a locksmith.

I didn't actually get the work I needed done today, but the technician who visited suggested a plan for the work that would be much more workable for me in the long run. So while it will take a little more time, eventually I will have a much better solution. I just wish that those options had been presented when I made the appointment, which would have saved us both some time.
