I called to have a lock removed. He asked me what I need done. After I told him, he said he would pass. He sounds like he has bad attitude on the phone and had zero interest in helping me. I questioned him why he's even in business and he arrogantly told me he's got plenty of business. I wouldn't recommend even calling this joker who shouldn't be self employed.

Called about being locked out of my car. I asked if they come out to Valley City and he said yes. As soon as I started mentioning being locked out of my car, the person that answered interrupting me before I could finish my sentence, stating that he was booked and couldn't come out. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very reliable and fast service . he came to me and explained everything to me . will def keep him in,my phone for,if anyone needs anti theft key replaced or any key . wonderful man I was glad to do buisness with him .hes curtious and a nice man . he had a Lot of customers today but fit me in , in my time,need being stranded at a gas station with a car that wouldnt start .

Lost my only set of car keys last night and woke up in a panic. Called Popalock first thing in the morning and spoke with Lee. She told me she would be out to help me and was here exactly when she told me she would be. Had a new set of keys made within an hour and for a very good price. I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend to anyone who ever needs a locksmith.
