I called after hours on Saturday and left a message my front door lock would not work but it wasn’ t an emergency and he could call me on Monday. He called Sunday and scheduled to come Monday afternoon. Extremely polite and very knowledgeable. My locking mechanism was broken and he replaced within 10 minutes. I would definitely use him again.

Called him and set up a same day service because I locked my garage key in the garage. He opened it with no problems, in like 20 seconds. Asked him about a couple other questions I had and he happily answered them. It even led to him pulling a key from a door that's been stuck since my wife's mother owned the house in the 90s. He said it was easier than the garage. If I ever have another lock to open I'm calling him back lol.
