Absolute worst experience. I dont write reviews often but the experience I had with these guys could not go without a comment. I lost my car key and needed one made. Started off with a $120 quote. Tech called me told me it would be $250 before he came out. Reluctantly agreed. After waiting for 3 hours they finally call me back and tell me it will be $385. I struggled to get hold of anyone during those 3 hours to get any update or ETA. I think they think it is a joke and there are no other companies that will do what they do. Will not consider this company in the future and do not recommend them.

It was horrible they told me it would be one price then doubled it when they showed up. I told them make and model over the phone and 3x repeated the price they told me before I got of the phone he said yes that is correct. Not worth any stars they lied to me.

You'd think I'd have a backup key so I could get in my car in case I lost it but nope didn't lose it. It broke off IN MY DOOR lol. Now I know this doesn't happen everyday but it was just my luck I had to be at work 10 mins before this happened, fortunately Roy came & safely removed the broken half & was able to make me a new key. Let's just say I have a backup now

The other day I lost my my key fob for my car. They were able to bring another key fob and program it in a decent amount of time. The employees were very courteous and polite. Big ups to these guys, thanks again!

I was quoted $25 for a service call and $40 for a lock replacement. When the tech arrived on site, he said the price would be $260. I called and spoke with who i assumed was the manager and he said they would honor the original quote. The on site tech then said the price will be $130. I called them back and the rep on the phone said he misquoted and will no be able to honor the original quote. What this turned out to be was nothing more than a shake down. These people are criminal, STAY AWAY

Called to have my car unlocked and talked to the dispatcher. Dispatcher said the wait time to have someone come to my location would be 15-20 minutes and would have a confirmation phone call in 5 minutes. I called back 30 minutes later and the dispatcher said the tech was on the way and would be here soon. 30 minutes later I called back and the dispatcher said the tech should have called me but now. I called back 20 minutes later for an update and the dispatcher said the tech was just finishing. 2 hours later and they didn’t now arrive and service was cancelled. I do not recommend this company unless you want to waste lots of time on the phone and waiting for them to show.

These guys are awesome. Brooke was very curtious and professional. They made it to me in less time then was quoted. I broke my key off in the lock and I let them know I had some where to be in a limited time and they got it changed in enough time for me to make it to my appointment. They were quick to get there but 150 bucks to unlock my car is absolutely ridiculous we called a well known locksmith to compare prices and they said 40 bucks top it must be Christmas is just around the corner and they want to us our money to buy something for their kids so be aware if you call they say 25 service charge but add says 19 and they say 39 minimum to do a 30 second job but 150 come on I would never use them again.

Run. Don't use their service. They quoted me $39 and trip fee for $20. He arrives 40 mins later, and said if I don't want any damage to my door, I need to pay more. It takes a minute to open the door and cost me $165 in total. Dishonest service and rob customer for money.

Contacted this company when employee locked keys in the work truck. They told me the cost over the phone would be $35 plus service call if $19. I agreed because they said they would be here fast and I felt the price was not unreasonable. When the guy finally showed up late they told me it was going to cost nearly 3x as much. Thanks for nothing but wasting my time.

These guys came out in freezing weather and were able to make a new key for my 2012 push to start hyundai and their prices were more than affordable. The gentleman who came out was very professional and friendly, he even made me an extra key for my door just in case i lock myself out in the future. I would definitly use them again. Don’t waste your time or money. I asked for locks to be rekeyed in my home because the keys were lost. He said no problem. Was told the service charge was $25. The tech arrived an hour after he said he would be there and showed up to tell me there was nothing he could do beause I didn’t have the keys. He then charged me $39 for his trip out. I called another locksmith and he came out to do it for half the price and shockingly- was able to do it without a key. These guys are idiots who just want your money. Stay far away.
