Horrible business practice. I bought a key online. Took it to him in a bag that had all the #'s and codes on it. Did he check to make sure it was the right key? No. He proceeded to cut the key and then try to program it. Only to find out it was the wrong key. He did not give me a discount on buying a key with him. Or offer to replace the key. Bad customer service. Don't go to him.

I called them because I obviously locked myself out of my house to ask for a price and then 3 people called me to tell me I owe them $29 because they have sent someone over to my house!!! Is this a joke !!!! This company is ridiculous then I called them back and hung up on me 2 times already done with them freaking thieves!!!! DO NOT CALL THEM THEY WILL CHARGE RIGHT AWAY FOR A CALL !!!!

I called them the morning after I locked myself out of my bedroom and left my details. They didn't take long to call back to let me know they were on their way. They came within 15 minutes or so after our phone call and it didn't take him but maybe 5 minutes to open the locked door. They were polite on the phone and the locksmith who came was very friendly and quick. It costed me $120. Never needed a locksmith before, so you be the judge of the price. But I was happy with the quick and friendly service. Would recommend.

Yesterday I called because I locked my keys in the car they quote $16 for a tech to come out and $35 after that. When the tech got there he told me $100. My baby was locked in the car (because I hop out to check my mailbox and must have hit the lock button) I needed to get her out so of course I didn’t think twice ..They charged me 100 to unlock my car I only had $50 in cash and credit car. The guy took my $50 in cash and swipe my card for $50... I was expecting $50 to $60. I called today to ask how much for an unlock and the guy recognized my number and hung up on me. I went to the office to speak to the owner and they locked the door. I’m assuming he pocket the $100 and told the boss I paid $50. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I called the BBB hopefully they will not do this again to anyone

Called a Toyota Dealer to replace my lost Smart Key. They quoted me an enormous number + told me the new key would take 2 days to order + wanted me to have my car towed to them. Matt from Locksmith had a replacement key + drove and arrived to me earlier than expected + did the same job for almost half as much. So yeah.... definitely pretty rad.

I would never recommend this company. The work was shoddy and never worked right. When the work failed they would not take care of the lock. Matt acted like acted as though his company had never been there. Gem City Locks came the next morning and redid all of the work done by Matt's people and charged $114.00 less than Matt charged for the work the first time. The lock works great now.

After reviewing several locksmiths, I decided that I would give this company a call. I really liked their customer reviews and called them for an appointment to fix my broken lock. The expert was at my door in less than an hour and fixed my broken door lock when I thought I might have needed an entirely new lock. He went for the option of helping me save money rather than spend more. What an absolute professional. Will definitely be using their service again in the future.
