I called him at 1 pm and he was at my home by 3:30 pm before I even made it home from work. Installed a deadbolt for me & re-keyed 3 other dead bolts and both garage door locks. Was very friendly and professional and even replaced some faulty parts without charging me for it. I would use him and his company again in a heart beat! It's great to feel secure in my own home again!!

He came out on a beautiful Saturday and and had to spend twice as much time on our car than he had anticipated, it was the worst case scenario. he was very polite and professional the whole time, and even though the job was a lot more than what he had thought it would be, he only charged us his original quote. Very nice guy very professional , I highly recommend Lockes.

Never used this company. But had a not so pleasant conversation with the woman who awnsered the phone. She was rude and tried to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about. I ended up calling someone else after she wouldn't listen to me. Got the problems fixed.

I called with the intention of having all new locks placed in my home. He asked me why I wanted to do this and after I explained my reasons he told me it was not necessary to redo all my locks and told me a much simpler and cheaper option I could do on my own. I was very surprised that he was concerned enough to inquire as to why I thought I needed new locks and then was nice enough to not just "make the sale" and gave me honest good advice at the loss of a job. But I will definitely remember him and WILL go to him for any future needs or jobs as he has shown himself to be honest and reputable! I am pleasantly surprised.

This locksmith is by far the best locksmith i recommend you use because i went to call other lock smiths and they said they couldn't re key my 1987 s10 but when i called locke's they said they can surly do it and for a fair price i have to say dont go any where else locke's is highly recommended by far the best auto lock smith for the fair price

I had an excellent experience using this locksmith to make duplicates of my worn Audi key blade. He was willing to meet me on short notice on a Sunday for a very reasonable price. All others had referred me to Audi whom demanded an exorbitant amount to have new keys cut in Texas, and shipped to me. It wasn't easy, he made five scans and test cuts using his computerized 3D cutter until he got it just right. He then cut the two blank key fobs I provided, and gave me the final working test key as well. You will still need to program the remotes. Do not provide steel key blades as they will ruin the cutter. You can test them with a magnet. Most importantly, he gave me the digital DNA to my key blade. That is to say, if I hypothetically lose all my keys, I can now provide this sequence to generate perfect replicas from scratch. The new keys fit better than the original. Amazing!

Wow! Amazing service. Called in the AM when we were passing through town because we needed a spare truck camper key made for emergencies. Assessed our need, made us a duplicate, tested it, and had us on our way in minutes. Super helpful and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone (including out of town-ers!)

The worker worked on my lock and did an excellent job. He told me I didn't need a new lock, just a little adjustment. I appreciated his honesty. I would definitely recommend this company! I called and was told a representative would be at my home in an hour, and he was right on time. I thought I needed a new lock, so I had purchased one and figured he'd install it. He looked at the lock and told me I didn't need a new lock, just an adjustment on the lock.

He showed up to replace some parts on my old door handle. Instead of charging me $269 as quoted, he fixed it an easier way and was done in 3 minutes. Walked out saying he wasn’t going to charge me. He was worth the money. I should have made him take some cash. Every professional. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review before. It was my birthday today and with all my family out of town, he made my day and didn’t even know it. Highly recommended.

Replaced locks on all exterior doors and made duplicate keys. I called and booked an appointment right away, and was able to have all of the locks changed in my new house. He listened to what I wanted and offered less expensive and/or safer alternatives. Would use Locke's again.

This was for our church on Temperance rd. in Michigan. The lock on the door was broken. We could not lock the church up. The locksmith came out and replaced a spring, which had a broken wire. Works great. The lady who took our call was very polite & courteous. We called around 10:00 a.m. and she said she could have a locksmith out there by 4:00 p.m. that same day. Shortly after, she called back and said a locksmith was in the area, finished his job and could meet us at 1:15 p.m. He was prompt, courteous, professional but yet had a sense of humor especially dealing with 2 women. He also gave us some advice on other things wrong with the doors. I would recommend this company to anyone in a heart beat. Thank you Angie.
