Did a good job on re-keying the locks I brought in, though good thing I wasn't in a big hurry. It was the day before the Fourth of July and they definitely were busy, but they told me it would be about an hour or 90 minutes, and then they added on another 1-2 hours after that...and then I heard nothing more the rest of the day. I finally got a call late morning on the 5th. Again, perhaps they were overwhelmed with business, though the lady with the dark hair and glasses did seem a bit unfriendly and mildly agitated that I was asking for an update. I would probably work with them one more time during a non-holiday time of the year.

Compete ripoff. Did a 5 min repair, and I got a $160 bill.

Horrible customer service, told me they can make a key for my bike, 4 days later I go get the key it get it home it doesnt work, got the run around for another 4 days, manager or owner never called back to resolve the issue, went back up there, manager never there, called a few more times was left on hold until I hung up. Just a waste of time and money. You can literally go ANYWHERE else and get better results. If I could give them a negative star I would

Will never take my business to that place again, came by to make a key for file cabinet by code took them 20 min to figure out if they can do it although i had lock and key with me and after that they tell me i need to leave it there and cant even tell me when it will be ready but not today for sure, 3 min job btw, took it to shop downtown got it done in 5 min. It was obvious they were not interested in giving me service for whatever reason therefore i will not use this company

Wasted my time trying to get a car key made here. They declined without even looking at my key, said it was just too hard to make a Lexus key. One of their local competitors didn’t have any issue with it.

Rude rude rude! My motorcycle key is a little worse for the wear, do I called my dealer about making a replacement. They don't make keys on premises, so he sent me here. Dealership said "they have blanks on hand for your bike. I send all my customers there." Get there and hand my key to the woman behind the counter and she says "I'm not going to guarantee this because it's bent and starting to crack." "That's why I'm getting the replacement." "Well, I'll try" Starts to grind and stops, "Nope, this key is too short". Hands key back and says " Sorry, can't do it" "I was told you have blanks" "Well, yeah we have a lot of blanks" "No, my dealership said you had blanks on hand for my specific bike" "Well your dealership doesn't work here. Sorry" "Do you have a recommendation of where to go?" "You'll have to find another locksmith" Seriously? No empathy. No help. Act like you care about your customers. I'll be calling my dealership and making sure they no longer recommend you. Waste of time, waste of gas, waste of effort. If you can go somewhere else for a spare, do so.

Rude, arrogant, racist, confrontational to start with and that was in the first few minutes. Amazing how a place like this can stay in business. People must be desperate.
