Made an account just to give a five stars. Awesome service, unlocked my car for me within 30 minutes of calling him and it cost me almost half of what my insurance roadside assistance was going to charge me. I offered a tip because we had to run to an atm after my card had declined for whatever reason and he turned that down saying the stated price was just fine. Very friendly and extremely reliable service, can't ask for more than that!

I was in a tough spot. The lock on the side door to my garage door was frozen and my garage door opener was malfunctioning - I think the battery was dead! Therefore, I could not get into my garage. Ray was at my house in 20 minutes, just like he said he would be, opened the stuck door and replaced the lock in no time. I had originally called the locksmith who had replaced the lock when I moved into my house about 6 months ago and they were very rude, unhelpful and quoted a very high price! I will keep Ray's card!

Justin "works" for the company. He came over two weeks ago, took apart my door handle and wiggled it and talked to my husband about how other companies around town are scamming people for three hours. Charged me $85 bucks and never fixed a damn thing. I called him asking what his plans were to fix the door. He didn't know. Apparently, Justin and I have have the same door and lock training. Absolutely none. His boss was out of town and then "Yan" or whatever his "partner's" name is called me asking if I wanted him to come over. No. I want my door fixed. A week later Justin came back and called in a part number to god knows who, maybe his mom....and said "I'll call you back today or tomorrow and let you know the cost to have the handle replaced". Four days later and no call so I called the number on the listing here online and talked to someone with an Arabic accent... I couldn't tell you his name, as repeating it twice yielded no further result in pronunciation. This man said "Parts take 5 days to order in" (Justin said it was local and I'd have it in a day or two, if it needed to be ordered in he would call me with a price, which he did not). I told the name who can't enunciate his name to call me back before the end of the day with the price. Two minutes later Justin texts me "We are still waiting on Baldwin the lock company to contact us back to let us know if they have the part. You cannot just order this lock online. I will do a follow up today" You're a liar, Justin. I spoke with another company ands they said they'll have the parts in tomorrow for me and have a scheduled appointment to fix my handle. (its not a lock, it's a handle problem - something you'd know if your training consisted of more than talking and wiggling handles. Do not use this company. You will be scammed. You will get the run around. And liars don't deserve your business. And I'm pretty sure the other reviews are just as true as this one.

Amazing locksmith company. Always have used them, a car lot referred them to me. Not sure why the comment below is blatantly lying about the fat comment as the locksmith himself is a big jolly dude. I do know for sure I called some other 24 hr locksmith who was completely unprofessional, said that it would cost 20 dollars and some raggedy ass guy came in a small car who was very rude. weird.

Horrible company do not recommend at ALL. Very bad customer service. I have used this company many times in past everything was fine. Call today he told me he doesn't have time to deal with my cabinet. So he said, "sorry" and hangs up on me. Our total call length was 2 mins 2 seconds. Any time I had a locksmith need I called this company, not anymore, will find someone new.

I can't speak specifically to the services, but I can speak to the personality of their employees (or possibly owner). I was driving on the Trail when a red van started tailgating the car in the lane next to me. At first I just thought it was irresponsible given the snowy weather conditions, but then I noticed that he was behaving rather erratic. I was concerned that he would try to cut around the driver by switching into my lane and cutting me off. Given that I was nearly parallel with the car he was tailgating, this would be problematic. Sure enough, he turned on his signal and began cutting into my lane. I honked as soon as I saw his turn signal in case I was in his blind spot and continued to honk as he cut over into the lane. He then decided to decelerate from about 55 mph to about 30 mph by slamming on his brakes in a childish hissy fit (extremely dangerous given the snowy conditions and that this was a highway). Fortunately, the number for the business ("Express Locksmith") was posted across the back window of the van for advertising. After I reached my destination and put the car into park, I called the number thinking I would be able to speak to the owner and let him know that one of his employees is driving extremely poorly and endangering others. To my surprise, the man driving the van picked up (he immediately knew who I was and why I was calling) and proceeded to yell at me and somehow blame me for the entire incident (I'm still not entirely sure what his logic was). In the end, he shouted, "Let the police figure it out" and hung up. He might be the best lock smith in the world, but I would never do business with someone who acts that childish when someone calmly tries to explain how he may have been endangering lives. I would pass on him, unless you want to deal with the personality of a two year-old throwing a tantrum.

I called around looking for prices and Locksmith Lock-N-Key had the lowest price for what I needed. I was expecting not so great service or a really long wait but I was extremely wrong. He was very polite and helpful. He came out to my car and made the key on the spot in under 30 minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a key made.
