I locked my keys in my car. Was told on the phone that the charge would be $20 for the trip & $30 for the service. Also, was told upon arrival the actual price would be given. Eugene arrived, timely yes, then proceeded to tell me he would be done in 5 seconds & the total cost would be $120......!!!! $70 for 5 seconds??!! Very misleading. Caller beware!!

By far the best locksmith company ever! Expert lock for sure. Eugene was very professional when he came and programmed a new remote key in less than 5mn. He charged me half price $150 for a new key (push to start car). Most locksmith wanted to charge $250-300 . I would recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you so much! I’m planning on programming 2 spare keys that I bought online and Eugene is willing to only charge me $140 for 2 keys and cut all 3 keys ( emergency keys). I’m super impressed with this great service.

I've had an issue happen to me a couple days ago. I broke my key in my ignition to my car and I didn't know what to do.. I searched for the best company to come out and help me. I called expert lock and key and they were very cool and understanding. They came out so fast and took care of the situation. They were very quick at it and the employee was awesome. These guys came at 12:30 at night and was actually able to make a key for my beetle! Everyone else said either they couldn't make the key or it would have to be sometime the next day. They were even able to work a deal on price! The guys showed when they said they were going to be there and were super helpful! Great group of people!

Locked myself out of my appartment and got these guys through the locksmith directory. The Smith came in about 25 minutes and unlocked the door easily with a tensioner and a raking pick, but charged 150 to open the door. I'm a fan of lockpicking videos online and the Smith looked like he was trying to oversell the difficulty of the lock. Idk if 150 is what they regularly charge for opening an easy lock, but it felt shady. So full review, they came out when they said they would and did the job, but I wish they would give an estimate before picking the lock instead of basically acting as a bouncer into your own home and not opening until you pay whatever price they throw out. Easily wouldn't recommend unless you're made of money.

On July 25, 2019 I had a overall excellent experience with Expert Lock and Key LLC!! I lost my ignition key to my car and contacted Expert Lock and Key for a quote. Eugene quoted me a price of $150 (another company wanted $250) for a replacement. I had all the proper documents he needed to process my request and he arrived at the promise time and completed my request in about 15 minutes along with giving my car a jump due to a dead battery. I only paid $150 as quoted and I appreciated saving $100 along with the prompt and professional customer service Eugene provided.
